Jackie O’Brien, O.D., F.A.A.O
Dr. Jackie joins Harbor Eyecare Center following her graduation from the New England College of Optometry in 2024. She provides full-scope optometric care, including comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings, and the diagnosis and management of ocular diseases.

Nikolas Moore, O.D.
Harbor Eyecare Center welcomed Dr. Nikolas Moore to our team in 2020 after he graduated from The New England College of Optometry. His doctoral training included patient care at the VA in Bedford, East Boston Neighborhood Health Center, Lynn Community Health Center, Martha Elliot Health Center, and others.

Meryl Iacocca, Student O.D.
Dr. Meryl graduated with summa cum laude honors in Psychology from Simmons University. She has always been fascinated with the mind-brain-body connection and has a special interest in neuro-optometry, vision development and vision therapy.

Sarah Hudson, O.D.
Dr. Sarah has more than 25 years of experience in primary eye care, pediatric vision care, multifocal contact lens fittings, and medical eye care. She attended the University of Vermont for her undergraduate work in Biology and received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. Sarah achieved board certification from the American Board of Optometry in 2013. She served as President of the New Hampshire Optometric Association for 2010.

A Letter from Dr. Rinita
Dear Patients,
After ten meaningful years at Harbor Eyecare Center it is bittersweet that I have decided to move to Vancouver, Canada.
It has been my great privilege to build deep relationships with you and your families over the years. I am deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in me, it has given me so much purpose and meaning.
Motherhood has been the most demanding and fulfilling experience; it was incredibly challenging for me to make the decision to switch my focus to raising your children last year. I spend every minute with baby Stellan and it still goes by too fast!
I am profoundly grateful to the entire team at Harbor Eyecare, Meghan, and Dr. Sarah for welcoming and working steadfastly to support my decision to work part time so that I could embrace both worlds. Over the past ten years I have seen that the heart of Harbor Eyecare is truly supporting the individuals (and their families) that make up our team. It shines through in our team’s ability to be fully present for our patient’s needs.
The next chapter of my life will be filled with adventures with my growing family, ideally with daily hikes and beach walks on beautiful Vancouver Island! I hope to practice part time bringing specialty contact lens care to quiet areas.
You are in incredible hands and will continue to receive personal, attentive, thoughtful care from Dr. Jackie, Dr. Nik, Dr. Meryl, and Dr. Sarah. Meghan has trained with me for years on specialty contact lenses and will provide the same support at Harbor Eyecare for continued Sclerals, OrthoK, Hybrids, and RGPs.
The words “thank you” don’t fully convey my appreciation to you for allowing me to be a part of your care and lives.
